Returns & Refund Policy
How returns, damaged orders, and refunds are handled.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unopened and unused products only. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition in which they were received
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can promptly review the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Return Approval
Returns must be approved by Wraith Peptides before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products reported outside the 7-day return window
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
