1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Wraith Peptides are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any form of therapeutic, cosmetic, or diagnostic use. Products are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for any such use.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you (a) are at least 21 years of age, (b) are a qualified researcher or work on behalf of a qualified research entity, and (c) will use products only within a controlled laboratory setting and in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through the Site. A secure payment link is sent to the mobile number you provide at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is received and cleared. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, resale, or misuse.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree that you will not:

• Use products in or on humans or animals;
• Resell, redistribute, or repackage products for consumer use;
• Represent products as approved for therapeutic, cosmetic, or dietary use;
• Use products in violation of any federal, state, or local law.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

See our Shipping Policy for processing times and delivery details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Report lost or damaged packages within 7 days of the carrier's delivery date.

6. Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final once shipped. See our Returns Policy for exceptions covering damaged or incorrect shipments.

7. No Warranties

Products are supplied "as-is" for research purposes. We do not warrant that any product will produce any particular result in any research application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wraith Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or misuse of products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wraith Peptides and its affiliates from any claim arising from your use, misuse, or redistribution of products in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wraith Peptides is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
